Background & Goal

Background

QuesT is a concept for an operational recruitment dashboard for a large enterprise. The system is designed to give HR teams and management visibility and control over recruitment workflows, helping them monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions across departments and locations. As a concept project, the design process was based on research, domain knowledge, and assumed enterprise HR workflows, without access to live analytics.

My role

Led end-to-end UX design for complex HR workflows: problem framing, dashboard structure, data hierarchy, interaction design, and visual direction.

Goal

  • Allow the company's management a clear overview of the HR department.
  • Provide the recruiter with daily operational tools for managing the recruitment processes in the organization.
